October and November Happenings

Hi everyone, 

We have so many people to thank --  people who made possible the two very successful fundraisers we had this month:  the craft show and the Haunted Hermann Trolley Tour--people who fostered and helped with adoptions--people who trapped --people who helped with colonies--people who picked up and took cats to the vet for spays or neuters.  I think we need to stop and remember the  many people in our area who support us and appreciate what we do.  

We had 14 spays and neuters this month and 9 kitten adoptions.  We still have two kittens left . One of our members took on the challenge of a young female cat we found near the city park.  We had her spayed, but she was not tame.   We have a few older cats that need homes. These are tame but very scared.   These cats have been dumped at the doorstep of people  in town who already have cats.   A couple of these cats are on our facebook page as "Found Cats".   So sad.  If you know of any homes or foster homes let me know.  

Our  meeting will be Tuesday, November 2 at the train station at 5:00.
